Once you’ve placed your order, our team will work diligently to prepare it for shipment. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing. During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly, but we will always keep you informed of any delays.

We offer the following shipping methods to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery of your products:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Typically, international orders will arrive within 7-14 business days.

All shipping times are estimates and can vary based on location and availability.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the items you’ve ordered. You will be able to view your exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

Domestic Orders (within INDIA): We offer flat-rate shipping, or you may select expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress. You can also log in to your costumestor account to view your order status at any time.

We currently ship to the following regions:

• Domestic: We ship throughout the INDIA
  
• Please note: Some items (such as oversized artwork or fragile pieces) may not be eligible for certain shipping methods or destinations due to size, weight, or fragility.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at  Info@costumestor.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please keep all packaging and photographs of the damaged items as they may be required for insurance claims.

For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country's policies before placing an order.

We will do our best to accommodate the change, but once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
